What do these terms cover?

This website and the waitlist on it. HookCompass is run by GC Labs Private Limited, India, and these terms are between you and GC Labs Private Limited. The HookCompass app is not launched yet. When it is, it will have its own terms.

What does joining the waitlist mean?

Joining puts you in line for early access. It does not guarantee access, a launch date or a price. Waitlist joiners get a founding-member spot. The details of that spot come with early-access pricing.

Is the blog advice?

Posts on the blog are general information about creating videos. They are not professional advice. Use your own judgement, and check anything important with a qualified person.

What must I not do?

Do not scrape the forms, send spam, or attack the site. Do not try to break, overload or get around the spam check. If you do, we may block you.

Who owns the content?

The HookCompass name, this site, and the text and images on it belong to GC Labs Private Limited unless we say otherwise. You may read it and share links to it. Do not copy it and pass it off as your own.

We link to other sites, such as Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them. Their own terms apply.

Do you promise the site will always work?

No. The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it up and correct, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by using the site or relying on it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Chandigarh, India, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
